The friendly staff. That they changed my bed as soon as I named it, although I would have preferred that they had never offered it to me under those conditions
My flight to Kuching was very early so I arrived in the morning. I asked if I am able to check in as I am an older lady the were very kind even I asked for a dorm they let me stay in a private room ...
Spacious open-air showers, big and nice room, helpful staff; close to a good self-service laundry.
Nice staff Good location close to the waterfront.
The room is big, tidy with nice Western decoration. I love the big window that opens to fresh air and nice green area.
