very clean and nice place... has air conditioning.... the owner was very helpful and very attentive to details Bus stop is 3 min walking from the hotel amd takes 15 min to get to Assis. Its worth ...
Location was walkable from train station. Great room--paid a little extra for the room with balcony overlooking the street and a view of the Cathedral.
