Quiet area, space for parking, helpful owner, close to kathisma beach and agios nikitas, without the need of air condition, perfect temperature in the room all day.
The location is like very central in the island and close to many spots but only if one moves with car, otherwise the transportation must be very difficult. But this is a general issue of the island. ...
