the owners were very welcoming and wonderful to interact with. the decor is great and the location is unbeatable for a downtown stay in Mahdia.
The owner, Brahim, took us on a quick trip around the area. He also dropped us at the Louage station at the end of our trip. Dar Jamila was well-located and quiet. Very beautiful!
Friendly owner, relaxed and lovely surroundings ... would recommend Dar Jamilla ... not cheap but worth a little splurge!

Location as it’s in a lovely area by sea. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Host provided info on surrounding sites (fort, cemeteries) and a good restaurant but spoilt the goodwill he’d created...
