Very nice staff
Relatively cheap during peak season. Comfortable pillows. Strong wifi. Great restaurant ambience. Access to balcony.
Perfect location
Location is the best. High value for price (impossible to find something similar in pure Zermatt city centre) Rooms are simple (but very comfortable and private bathroom)
