The location, staff helpfulness, quality of the build and the plunge pool. The sense of being in St Lucia rather than all inclusive resort which could be anywhere.

Great immersion in local culture. Lovely beach nearby that is off the beaten path.
The view was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and gave helpful tips! The location was also very close to a lot of touristy spots! Highly recommend checking out Sugar Beach nearby.
