The location is fabulous - a block away from Matsue Castle, Matsue History Museum, Lafcadio Hearn's house, and more. The staff person was friendly, and spoke a little English.
Very nice staff and facilities. The bed was comfortable and ready to use at my arrival. There was also free usage of bikes.
