Staff were absolutely excellent in assisting us. We missed the last bus from Nagano to Tsugaike Kogen and they picked us up from Happo One. Furthermore they dropped us to a station nearby on checkout...
Amazing hot pot dinners. And incredibly accommodating staff that even gave me a lift to the bus stop
