The Otra Elpa guest house was excellent choice for us. The location is perfect for us.
-I got there very late around 23:00, he staff did all efforts to check me in. -quiet
Location and price
Good location near the bus station and Estonia.
Our room was large and well furnished, we were able to make our meals and eat in a nice dining area.
