Staff very friendly but only there very few hours.
The location is perfect! Near the cathedral, the food market and the Rua do Franco. The girls are super nice and give you everything they can stay. To park they told us ...

Perfect location- just few minutes and you are in the heart of Santiago. Very friendly staff, instruction how to enter building and room was provided via WhatsApp and everything was working perfectly
