well renovated rooms with elevator(really useful when traveling with kids)Also well positioned close to the centre of Pescia and to surround area (we use it as base for road trip explorer toscane )
Location was very convenient since it's right in the city centre .
The place is located right on the main square of Pescia, with a lot of cafes and lil local nice shops around. It's nicely refurbished old building, with very high ceilings and some period ...

Absolutely lovely guesthouse, room was large and had all we needed. Good location in a lovely location. If I'm in the region again will definitely book again.
