excellent customer service
Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, homemade breakfast and a swimming pool was a bonus.
Very nice location, clean room and nice service. It's a bit too pricey for the value, but it seems to be Mikulov's standard.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
