The location is excellent and the cleaning is daily. Very quiet place.
The owner, Juan, was most agreeable - at the property, his contact phone number is written everywhere; I arrived at an unexpected time, phoned, and he was there within 10 minutes
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom to be shared was always shiny, upstairs there is a terrace where you can sunbathe or smoke, nearby there is a bar with breakfast and ...
I stayed in winter during two nights. Room on ground floor. Neat but quite minimal. Small fridge, convenient. Quiet, heard no other guests. Friendly host.
The location is exceptional.
