Quality, price and situation very well, to say an inconvenience, is to be careful balcony railing is very low and dangerous for children.
The closeness and personal treatment
The pardon owners of the bar are very cordial and are available to customers.
You are two minutes walk from the beach and you have parking at the door of the hotel, a supermarket directly opposite and a quiet area. Perfect if you want a cheap place to sleep and shower.
