Good stuff, very clean
Warm welcome from the owner. He called to make sure your check in in advance. This is B&B type but over expectations. The room got clean and towel changed everyday. Close to Singha park

Good sized, clean bungalows on the 1211 just outside Chiang rai. Thai breakfast of spicy rice soup, plus toast. No restaurants or anything else within walking distance, so need your own transport.
