The good attention of the staff
Bad experience from the time of checkin and the staff was super unhelpful and charge for minor things like slippers which are standard across every other guesthouse I’ve stayed in Japan.
The reception lady Eika is so nice ,showing her professional attitude and happy face. The public area was cozy! Good good.
The common room was filled with useful books and games, and the staff were really friendly.
