The hotel is really cute and our room was very spacious, with a huge balcony that had a nice view of the mountains and the lake of Lugano. the staff was great, the breakfast and the pool too.
A great deal, a comfortable and quiet place ideal for families. We will definitely go back to Lugano and will stay with you again
