The room was clean.
The location was easy to find, there was a big parking place near the building, easy check-in/checkout
The owner can make you a pica himself, he runs a pica house there, and the taste was really good. Free coffee!
Good location in quiet neighborhood near highway, possibility to check-in late (after 22-00), very nice Russian-speaking hosts. Very good variant for one-night stay and further trip
