The mr was very friendly, gave us a bigger room for the same price and was beautiful, the location in front of the pitty palace and two blocks from the ponte vechio, very good
Location and reception staff very friendly. They give you the detail of electric kettle with tea every night and a chocolate. Very clean and silent. Cool.
Cleanliness, location, central but not too much, easily accessible by car. With charm. I would repeat again.
