Location, close to everything. New bathroom upstairs, but didn`t work first day. Towel heater - nice touch.
Location was ace.. shabby chic was kind of charming. Relatively good information folder and although music and people constantly around ..no problems sleeping
Very central and easy to collect keys when we arrived out of office hours to check in. Toaster not working and this was replaced by staff immidiately. Plenty of linen, pillows and towels provided.
