Residenz 111 is located in Holzgau in the Lechtal Vally Nature Reserve in a historic building decorated with traditional "Lüftlmalerei". The Warth/Schröcken Ski Area and the Auenfeldjet Cable Car to Lech/Zürs offer numrous possibilities for skiing.
