The room was nice and bathroom acceptable. It was a shame we looked on our balcony to Reno’s and workers. I can understand this is needed but to not be told until we arrive is typical of Bali places...

Staff were excellent, room very clean and comfortable. We had visited 5years ago and look forward to the new improved resort. Breakfast was good. Dinner at nearby Vincents was our best meal on tour.
