Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 01 Sept 2025 until Sun 03 May 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
