Good location, convenient parking, cleanliness

There are snacks available in the room and common area for a small fee which is nice. The owner was kind and responded quickly to emails. The common space was clean and nicely decorated.

We were only there overnight but it was perfect for our needs. If we had been there longer we could have appreciated the guest facilities which were excellent. The host was extremely accommodating.

There was a bed that was decently comfy.

Excellent value for money: the room and shared bathroom were clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shared area is nice and welcoming ;)

The common area and the room well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay, everything very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful.
