Very friendly landlady. The flat was bigger than we expected. Quiet neighbourhood, close to supermarket and restaurants, short drive into citycentre.
We stayed for one night in a two-bedroom basement suite with a full kitchen and a bathroom. Good price but not that comfortable.

Comfortable & the price was good compared with the rest of Victoria which is ridiculously priced.
