Owners behaviour and location.
After coming back from a 4 day tiring bike riding trip the care taker gave us a warm welcome, the rooms very clean and comfortable. Night dinner didn't have many items but the taste was good.
The place is very beautiful, clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The owner couldn't call a cab for us so he drove us to the bus station himself. The garden in full of Apple tree, colorful ...
