Excellent location (opposite Chateau Frontenac) made it so easy to explore the Old Town on foot. It is a very old building but the room was light and spacious with great storage and a modern bathroom...
The location, the super friendly staff, the very good breakfast, the very spacious triple room and the very comfortable beds, the views of the Plaza de Armas and the Chateau Frontenac

The crew are very helpful and polite! The room view was amazing, the restaurant is fantastic. The localization is the greatest point of the hotel!
The staff was amazing, specially Chloe, she came running in the snow, grabbed luggage and helped me in detail on how to get to parking, and then handled the check-in so well... hats off!!!
