Staff tried very hard to work with our lack of Japanese. The on site onsen was great though, we were the only guests using it. There were very few guests staying at the lodge.
Very helpful, hospitable staff. Good sized rooms with good views. Property is easy to spot.
A super nice, rustic mountain lodge place. Super staff. Quiet and clean and comfortable. Great stay.
