Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Staff is helpful, smiling, they seem happy. Very peaceful location. Amazing views. Easy parking, lots of spaces available.
The staff and service were phenomenal. Not everyone spoke English but we were in the Swiss Alps so we were thrilled that someone did.

Among the 5 hotels where we stayed in Switzerland, they have the best breakfast buffet. The chef was at the dining area making sure that the food were replenished. They served a variety of cheese, ...
The room was nice. Everything was clean and perfect. View from the valcony is super nice! The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious!
