Staff were awesome and very accommodating. Gift shop was great. Food was fabulous. Beds very comfortable. Was nice to have a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room with good mugs
Bed was uncomfortable, and the wasn't very clean
Hotel food was very good and staff were excellent. Liverpool is a very nice little town with good amenities. Summer would offer a lot more activities to do and places to go.
Around edges and behind door a bit dirty looking. Needed updating a bit. A little old fashioned.
Room was quiet with nice view. Lots of space.
