Very nice owners. Clean rooms
Near center of town, clean smelling, near ice machine, handicapped accessible, quiet, and across from Macdonald's.

Wanted to stay in Waco but it was a big Chip and Joann weekend and they had inflated the prices. Primarily looking for a clean room and this was highly rated. Was not disappointed when we checked in...
