The position is great.
Hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. It's right on the lake and has beautiful views. It's not far from Graz town centre.
Please do not close hotel at night , after 10 pm!
Quiet surroundings.
I stayed here for 4 nights, shorter stays are probably best. Easy access for public transport to / from Graz. Nice walk around the lake. Double rooms large by european standards.
