Big swimming pool nearby, a fast food counter in front of hotel
Personel is very helpful, near metro station, bank and restaurant. Good wifi. Owner dedicated to his hotel and business.

Good price/value, large rooms with slightly soviet-style beds :) Also great location close to city center and Irrigation institute (for taxi drivers), as well as for TAS airport.
