The locality of the hotel and the price. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep as there is not much traffic passing there in the night. Nice staff and a good hearty breakfast.

Nothing was too much trouble. Owners/staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent as was the food from the co-located Italian restaurant. Again, nothing was too much trouble for them either. ...
