We had a double room with bathroom. Very comfortable but it was a little furnace because it was duplex in the attic. Fortunately there was a fan but he did not blow very hard. The communal kitchen was nice because we were offered various basic products for free (tea, pasta, seasoning).
Very welcome, well located hostel, summary bed but good mattress. We took a room with 2 beds + shower and toilet, it is very convenient, and in addition there was a personal kettle. A little noisy depending on the neighbors, but long live the earplugs! There is a common kitchen area, with fridges and TV area and kettles. Beautiful outdoor area with lawn. For a few days it was great :-)
Hostel with good service, cleanliness and facilities, with kitchen. Highly recommended!!
Place to avoid, sanitary controls would be necessary for example for abundant black mold, many hair in the shower, unbearable smell at the entrance. The white bedding at the base was yellow, more than questionable. The bunk beds are moving. No wonder the owner did not want to show us our room the night before. All paid in cash.
Good reception, friendly staff in a nice neighborhood
Friendly and considerate staff, hostel in center and quiet, clean and safe. I recommend
They say they give towels, at no time they offer you, and if you ask them they are crazy, it was not 10.30 in the morning and they were already knocking on the door so that I could leave because the owner "had" to leave, that there were no guests in my room
Located on the waterfront island of Giudecca, the hostel has unparalleled views of the Grande Canal. Just one short Vaporetto stop from the buzzing Piazza San Marco,
Generator Venice is the picturesque start to your adventure.
For a first youth hostel we would recommend generator Venice! Dormitories reserved for girls very well! Clean each one to his space. Shower very practical. Restaurant very good and cheap! Super location! Nice view of Venice from the room
this hostel is the best solution, from all points of view, for all those who want to discover Venice otherwise than what the tour operators propose
This hostel is very good. Its location allows you to quickly access tourist spots while retreating to a quiet island for the night. The staff is especially at your service, answering all your questions and suggesting the best places and how to get there. They also ensure that people respect the calm and serenity of other guests. The only downside is the layout of showers and toilets that are clearly insufficient for the number of users and there is no hand soap, nothing to dry hands and often no toilet paper. As a result, a girl got seized and everyone had the flu the following days. The showers certainly lack ergonomics and privacy! In addition, this hostel has no common kitchen and does not consume food that does not come from their coffee. But overall, it is an excellent hostel.
Quiet, well equipped, comfortable, with many services. Very good value for money. Do not hesitate for a stay in Venice.
