All children are welcome. All children under 16 years are charged AUD 30 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 5. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to register at the farm homestead on arrival for key collection. To ensure privacy for guests, day visitors are not permitted. Please note children can only be accommodated in the 3 bedroom villa.

Design and location exceptional
Location and friendly host , excellent for families.
Location was beautiful with views over the West Inlet.
Seclusion and nature at its best, loved loved the view and the area!
