Clean room, fully-equipped kitchen, big garden with a river, covered parking place, politness of the owner. :)
Everything was perfect and just like on the pictures - room with three beds (one double), shared bathroom and big kitchen. Not so small garden, there was a place for grill or campfire. Really clean ...
