Good location close to family lift and resturants. Staff were fantatic, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Rooms, bathrooms and toliets were spotlessly clean. Had a small onsen too!

Absolutely one of the best places I've stay at Niseko!! The location is amazing for what you pay, right on the main road that takes you up to the welcome centre , i walked from the bus drop off...
