Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. As a family of 4 we were given an upgrade to the private 2 room apartment. Staff were very helpful, good breakfasts (Baan Hanibah make the best scrambled eggs!), close to healthy & cheap eating ...
The wonderful staff were always pleasant, and helped me with several activity confirmations so I would be picked up on time. First rate.
