I think the gardens and lawn need to be maintained a little more regularly. I have a gardening business and would love to help out.
Good location . Easy access to river, local IGA and restaurants , all are in walking distance . Decent sized swimming pool with BBQ facilities . Spa pools available , however were out of service ...
