Willingness of staff to make guests stay best possible. I had a ground floor room as requested initially but sadly had to asked to be moved to another room after 2 nights as it was too near to bar ...
THE STAFF, THE CLEANLINESS . POOL BAR,BEDS,FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT GOOD CHOICE.(EXCEPT BREAKFAST) THE CASUAL FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.
The hotel is in a very good position. The staff were all lovely, and the outside pool and bar area were very good, with a good range of drinks. Plenty of sunbeds!
