Well staffed at check in but limited in customer service care and information giving. Limited selection at breakfast. Menus for lunch/dinner were incredibly thin. Tolerable service with buggies ...
Private beach was amazing
Beautiful location , great pool, really good staff. Good food.
The staff is the best. We enjoy the whole journey. The spa, the beach, the Vinpearl Land, the service, all bring the best experience for us. Looking forward to stay again.
