I find the owners, the place, extremely welcoming. Rooms are big, very confortable with beautiful views. The location of the hotel is central and so convenient!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room size is perfect for family of four, teenager and child. Location is just beside the bus terminal. Shuttle bus to various ski lift
On a late-season (late october) week-end trip to go hiking in the Hakuba mountains, we were the only customers in the Hotel! Really felt treated like special guests... we arrived early in the morning...
Location is very good.
