Onsen is excellent. Traditional style ryokan. easy to walk in town and Hell Valley.
Service and assistance were very good. The staff is nice and helpful. We asked for dinner and breakfast to be made vegetarian and they prepared a delicious and abundant meal for us!! The onsen is old...

The atmosphere near the river, the onsen within the hotel, the friendly staff who were so welcoming and hospitable.
The keiseki meals and the onsen were the main attractors, and they did not disappoint. The place is just by a river as well, and very close to Hell Valley and the rest of the attractions in the area. ...
