If you’re studying in Bournemouth, we’ve got an amazing student residence that we think you’ll love.
One of our two properties in Bournemouth. This 399 room residence opened in 2019, primely located next to the city train station, moments from the beach, and the city centre.
Facilities including a gym, courtyard, communal kitchen, and cinema room. Plus 8 room types for students to choose from.
Social and fun
The rent is all-inclusive of the utility bills. Along with this, the residents also get to enjoy additional facilities which include 24/7 high-speed Wifi, All day staff service, Post and parcel service, Bike storage, on-site maintenance, and on-site laundry service.
Belaton House also includes a fully equipped on-site gym, cinema room, study room, and a common room for you to hang out and socialize with your flatmates. Also, the property hosts a ton of social events to keep you and your friends entertained.

Cancellation policy
Your booking can be cancelled for free if the Visa application has been denied.
A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.
A booking can be cancelled for free because of the ongoing COVID-19 situation
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. We can only accept full-time students. To live with us whilst studying at University, you will need to be 18 or older. We don’t allow smoking inside your residence, but you’re free to smoke outside.

Surroundings
Belaton House is just a 5-minute stroll from Bournemouth Uni’s Lansdowne Campus and an 18-minute bus ride from Talbot Campus or Arts University. As for shops, the town centre is really close and there’s a massive Asda for all your food just over the road!
Bournemouth Arts University, as well as the Talbot Campus, is also within a commutable distance which can be covered through the bus in merely 18 minutes.
And being at close quarters to the city centre, finding a place to shop, eat and drink won't be a problem

We don’t take deposits for any of our student accommodation. Instead, you’ll need to pay an advance rent fee which will go towards your second rent payment.
If you need to arrive out-of-hours please let your residence support team know with as much notice as possible to make sure we’re available to help.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
