The accommodation offers fully furnished studios, making it ideal for those who enjoy independent living spaces.
Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, closet and study desk, en-suite bathroom to give you the feeling of staying at home.
Each resident has their own mailbox for their letters and the residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels in your absence.
When you feel like interacting with other residents, head over to the lounge area.
There is also a games room where you can unwind and relax by playing video games with friends.

Your booking can be cancelled for free if the Visa application has been denied.
A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.

We understand that booking an apartment in student accommodation is sometimes not an easy decision. We also know that your personal circumstances can change unexpectedly before moving to your new accommodation. The procedure in the event of cancellation is described in these terms and conditions.
Right of withdrawal If you have not viewed the apartment before signing the contract, you can cancel the booking in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). You have the right to cancel your contract with us within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. Please inform us of your revocation in writing (e.g. by post, fax or email) to Dorms.com.
The notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made within the withdrawal period. Consequences of cancellation If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately reimburse you for all amounts you have paid, but no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment for this repayment as for the original transaction unless you expressly make a different agreement with us. We do not charge any fees for this repayment.
If the transfer of use has already taken place at your request during the withdrawal period, you pay an appropriate amount of the total amount of the transfer of use under this contract, which corresponds to the use of the apartment up to the time of the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal for this contract.
Surroundings
Whether you prefer walking, driving or using public transport─ getting around in Hamburg is extremely easy.
The city boasts an extensive public transport network of buses, rail services, and harbour ferries. The nearest bus stop is just a minutes’ walk away from the accommodation.
Wandsbeker Chaussee travel terminal is located just a 3-minutes’ walk away from the residence and can be used to reach the university campus or other parts of the city.

We only accept full-time students over the age of 18.
There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of € 50 for administration costs.
Before you move in, we need a copy of your identity card and we recommend that you bring a copy of your signed guarantee with you.
The rent must be paid monthly and in advance, as stated in the rental agreement that you sign when you make your booking.
