Student accommodationAt Oak Studios you’ll find a home among like-minded people, whether that’s for a short while or on a long-term basis. Formerly a hotel, you’ll find newly renovated, fully-furnished apartments with individually designed bathrooms. There is a welcoming community of students, graduates and professionals here and cool communal spaces which include a bright winter garden, green outdoor spaces and a TV lounge – all waiting to be discovered by you. All-in rent! The rental prices shown include not only the rent for fully-furnished rooms but also the costs for heating, water and electricity. Internet and the use of the many facilities are also free of charge for you as a tenant.
Social and fun
Oak Studios was completely renovated in 2020. In addition to your own furnished apartment, the common and outdoor spaces are also part of your new home. These include a TV and gaming lounge, a winter garden for co-working and studying, a coffee bar, and a green courtyard. There’s an in-house laundry room, where doing your laundry is a breeze with the “appWash” app.
