Park Court offers fun and friendly en suite student accommodation just a 10-minute stroll from the University of Lincoln, and a 20-minute walk from Bishop Grosseteste University. Getting to lectures couldn’t be easier.
Park Court is ideal for students who are looking to find a balance between their academic and social life.
Those who attend the University of Lincoln will have a 13-minutes walk ahead of them to campus.
Make use of the gym facilities at the University of Lincoln Sports Centre or grab a book from the University Library when you have some free time between lectures. Also, Bishop Grosseteste University is a 20-minutes bus ride away from the residence.
Social and fun
Head to the communal spaces when you need to take a break.
Engage in a game of pool or watch your favourite team in action on the widescreen TV with the other residents.
When you have a group project or assignment you're working on, invite your classmates over. If you are in no mood to cook after such a tiring study session, you can order takeaway from the various restaurants around you like Wildwood and Lincoln Charcoal Grill, amongst others.
Make use of the high-speed Wi-Fi for your research, and once you're done, live stream your favourite shows and movies.
The communal kitchen offers plenty of opportunities to exchange recipes with the other residents and bond with them over food.

Cancellation policy
Your booking can be cancelled for free if the Visa application has been denied.
A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.
A booking can be cancelled for free because of the ongoing COVID-19 situation
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. We can only accept full-time students. To live with us whilst studying at University, you will need to be 18 or older. We don’t allow smoking inside your residence, but you’re free to smoke outside.

If you want to explore, then the city centre and Brayford Waterfront are just five minutes’ walk away, where you’ll have plenty of high-street shops and restaurants to choose from.

We don’t take deposits for any of our student accommodation. Instead, you’ll need to pay an advance rent fee which will go towards your second rent payment.
If you need to arrive out-of-hours please let your residence support team know with as much notice as possible to make sure we’re available to help.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
