Children of any age are allowed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Älvkarleby Vandrarhem in advance. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site at a surcharge of SEK 75 per person per stay.

Location was perfect for me (Fishing) The lounge in the hostel is great and a very good sized, clean kitchen, with microwave and all the utensils you need. I liked the comfort of the bed.
Comfortable stay in unique environment, in the middle of the river and waterfall.
The location was amazing and although I didn't the staff, everything was organised and they were kind to email.
