I do not recommend this establishment. We arrived a little after 10 p.m. to check-in and had to wait over an hour to get our room. Impossible to have someone on the phone when we had been told that it was quite possible to check-in by phone. As for the room, it is very basic, the blanket is very thin and if we had not asked how to put the heating on, we would have been very cold during our stay…. Presence of cockroaches in the room, fridge that does not work and theft of our bottle of wine… The only advantage of this establishment is that it is quite well located and close to transport.

My stay was excellent, the location is very good near the Arc de Triomphe and the Nord station, the staff very friendly and the cleanliness of the place impeccable.

Creepy atmosphere that depresses…a real labyrinth where it is difficult to find your room. The bedroom door is secure but has trouble opening. What makes noise at night…I asked for blankets and the reception guy was not happy with my request. Unfriendly night reception. no smile Very bad memory

Everything was dirty. Each part. There was a lot of mold, especially on the wall of the bedroom where we slept... The showers were also damp and dirty with a light that went out every 10 seconds, very unsafe when you're in the shower. The problem with the light was then sorted out by the receptionist who did our check in and was very nice and funny. Unfortunately the people with whom we shared the room were noisy and occupied our locker. Anyway the lockers could not contain a suitcase. I am very happy to have only had to spend one night in this hostel, otherwise I would have changed. Finally, works at 10am throughout the hostel with dust, noise, etc.

It seems like no one is really caring about the hostel. Lots of basic stuff is damaged and it does not seem, as this just happened the last day. So perhaps one of two toilets that still hat a toiletseat, could not flush anymore. These two tpilets were there for all woman and men. Then the shower was flooded the whole time I was there. So it is easy to slip with shoes and probably not healthy to stand in there without. I was in about 5 to 6 other hostels in Barcelona. And no one came even close in the hosts caring less about the place.

I only stayed one night at this hostel and it suited me. Only 5 min walk from the bus station it was perfect. On the other hand, I arrived at 6.30 pm what they considered and billed for "late check out" (OK, we are in covid but I only found out on the same day, on the site it's after 10pm). Someone must have moved into my bed before me, luckily I had my sleeping bag, especially since it is clearly indicated that if we take another bed than the one assigned it will be charged in addition (and no one pr reply to the message .... (reminder it was 6:30 p.m. max) And last flat, the timer in the bathroom which must last 2 min, nice that we are in the shower in the dark that the detector does not detect from the shower .... We don't die of it, it's not phew.

The receptionist is very friendly and helped me a lot, the hostel is large and is equipped with everything you need, the rooms are spacious, and the beds very comfortable.

Nous avons attendons un long moment avant que quelqu’un nous ouvre. L’auberge est relativement petite, je n’ai pas trouvé les lieux trés propres sauf la literie dieu merxi,. Pour le prix, il y a mieux à Barcelone et au meme emplacement.

The hostel is well located in Barcelona (ultra center), however for the relatively excessive price for a hostel, the benefits are unsatisfactory: clean sanitary dubious moldy shower curtain, very small room for 6 people and very small storage, duvet very very fine (we got very cold) ... For the price of the night, I do not recommend this hostel.
